Meatballs: In a bowl, mix the ground beef and sausage meat with ham, ricotta, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Shape into patties (photo 1). Coat them in breadcrumbs, then fry them in hot oil and drain on paper towels.
Sauce: saute the chopped onion in oil, add the tomato past and cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and add the meatballs cook leaving only 4/5 minutes (photo 2).
Boil noodles in salted water, drain al dente and flavor them in the pan with the sauce of Meatballs. Transfer the dough in a greased baking pan, then spread the crumbled mozzarella and a sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese (photo 3). Bake at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
